Classic Massage

Unwind with a calming therapeutic massage. Lots of muscle kneading and long flowing strokes will stimulate your nerve endings, increase blood flow and lymph drainage. You will leave in a dreamlike state with my custom blend meditation oil.

Therapeutic Massage

Release chronic patterns of tension in your body. Slow strokes “melt” the tissue and deep pressure releases stressed, tight muscles. Benefits include increased joint movement, with better recovery and posture. I recommend pairing it with my custom blend deep relief oil.

Cupping Therapy

Also known as “inverse massage”, cupping is a vacuum of negative pressure applied with flexible silicone cups to bring circulation and remodel Myofascial tissue below the skin. Cupping creates a “stretch” in the fascia and focuses circulation to that particular area, drawing out toxins and releasing stagnated blood.

Reflexology

This restorative foot treatment focuses on vital reflex points. Reflexology is beneficial to relieve tension, reduce pain and anxiety. Reflex points are pressed on the feet to bring healing and relief to every part of the body. This will improve circulation and help restore your body back to its natural state of equilibrium. Warm towels and arnica foot butter will ease tired achy feet.

Foot Remedy Treatment

This service is designed for clients who have chronically painful foot, ankle and lower leg issues. You will find relief if you have plantar fasciitis, tight Achilles tendons and calf muscles that easily spasm. Deep Myofascial release techniques are used as well as dynamic stretching.

Thai Massage

Thai massage is an ancient healing method that has been around for over 2,500 years. It has been modernized by using a massage table instead of on the floor with a mat. Thai massage is done fully clothed while I stretch, pull and compress your tight muscles. You will feel a release of tension from your head to your toes.

Every facial starts with an aromatherapy inhalation of your choice along with double cleansing. Deep exfoliation will soften and polish your skin. Extractions if necessary, then corrective serums and masques will reveal healthier skin. All of my massage techniques are customized to each client.
Enzymatic Facials
Enzymes in skincare are derived from fruits like pineapple and papaya. Just like digestive enzymes in your gut, fruit enzymes are able to break down proteins. On your skin, fruit enzymes digest away the keratin protein in the outermost layer of your skin, helping you slough off rough, dull dead skin cells to reveal soft glowing skin underneath. All of my facials include enzymes. I rotate my fruit enzymes based on what is in season. I will always have an enzyme available for every skin type and skin concern you have.
