Hi! I’m Sarah.

Massage has always been a part of my life. When we were babies our mother soothed us with massage. When growing up, my family would trade foot massages at the end of the day. If a friend came over with foot pain, I would grab their foot and fix their pain. My first memory of knowing exactly what my life plan was going to be was at 7 years old. We were asked in school to write down what we wanted to be when we grew up. I wrote down a massage therapist. I found such joy to be of service to people. To be able to help people in pain was such a motivation for me to be in a different kind of healthcare. A preventative and wholistic approach appealed to me. I never changed my mind from that day forward. I needed no other back up plan. As soon as I got my high school diploma, I enrolled in massage school.

In 2003, I graduated from Illinois School of Health Careers. It’s been nearly 20 years, my passion for massage continues to thrive and grow. I have had many years of experience working alongside doctors as well as years of experience in spas. It’s given me a unique perspective of what my clients want, a deep therapeutic massage but feel completely transported and relaxed after your massage.

My Skin Story

I have always had an interest in skincare, but good skin always evaded me. I wondered, why was my stubborn acne so hard to heal? Why was my face so red and reactive?

After years of working in the spa industry and asking my fellow estheticians lots of questions, they encouraged me to enroll in an esthetics school. In 2015 I graduated from Universal Spa Training Academy. I decided in school that my specialty was in acne. After a lot research, I think the best approach to good skin is a wholistic one.

It’s so important to look at the root causes of skin issues, not just treat the symptoms.

Healthy skin doesn’t happen overnight, but I’m here to help in your skincare journey.
